********* !!!

I have 2 complaints.

1. At end October and end November I stopped my Vodacom debit orders because I was over charged. Maddie at Vodacom promised a refund a month ago which I NEVER received. I stopped the dt order on FNB's cellphone banking and I was CHARGED for the transaction. Gugulethu sent an email on 21/12/15 at 15:12, informing me that FNB does not reverse such debit orders. WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING CUSTOMERS TO DO A TRANSACTION, CHARGE THEM BUT 'CANNOT' STOP THE DT ORDER? This is *********! Your system should not even allow such a transaction to be done by customers!!!!

2. FNB's call centre phoned to make an offer that I agree to a dt order from my cheque to credit card. I was in a shop when she phoned and didn't think it through, so I agreed to the dt order. A few days later I realised it was not going to work because my money does not always come through on the same date. I phoned the call centre 23/12/15 at 10:02 to cancel the dt order. The operator told be IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL A DEBIT ORDER?? He said it would be oky to do the tfr myself, then the dt order won't be activated. IS THIS EVEN TRUE? Why can I not cancel the dt order?
