Unearned ebucks rewards

I have been under the impression that I have been earning ebucks the whole time that I have been with FNB the past month, as this is the purpose for my move to FNB, now I see that I could have earned a certain amount but earned 0. Can anybody please assist me as to why this is 0, as I enquired on the Secure Chat, but was simply referred to the rules with no answer tailored for my specific needs, and I can not identify why I do not qualify.

I have gone to extra lengths in order to ensure that I climb the ebucks rewards levels, and would therefore like to earn the maximum available rewards.
