Undisclosed fees

I am being charged monthly fees that were never disclosed to me when I opened the account. Secondly, FNB’s "55 days interest-free" policy appears to be a myth. Despite being told that amounts paid back within 55 days would not incur interest, I am consistently being charged interest on those very transactions. To top it off, I went into a physical branch specifically to close this credit card and the associated account. I was under the impression it was handled, yet I’ve discovered the card and account are still fully active. FNB, I want this account closed immediately, a full reversal of the interest incorrectly charged, and a refund of the undisclosed fees. I expected much better from a leading bank.
