Undesired selling practices

Why was i offered a consolidation loan, when I app**** to increase my RCP but the loan consultant instead went an opened a consolidation loan account and that not what i wanted. I was not sold the right product and now I must call each and every one of my accounts to reverse the money as if it was my mistake. This is poor and unacceptable customer treatment
