Undervalued client

I asked for my account to be closed effective 28/02. The banker by the name of Heinrich who is assigned to me responded with just “noted” and proceeded to ignore my follow ups for why tbe account is not closed. Never felt so under valued as a client at FNB which actually solidifies my reason for leaving the bank. The account is sitting the gathering charges which im not going to pay as I instructed for the account to be closed and called PVT banking call centre and told me Heinrich is the only one who can close it. I have done my part.
