Understanding, patience and professionalism

My husband passed away and I visited Eckhardt Visser at your Willowbridge branch to sort out the credit life on the bond and other accounts. I would like to convey my gratitude for Eckhardt's professional service and that he was patient and understanding. He went the extra mile to assist me with the bond and also contacting FNB Trust to assist with the Estate. I wish all companies that I have dealt with in this sad time, could have been so helpful, understanding and professional.
