Understaffed FNB
Came to collect a card. Had to wait an hour in the line. I'm a private client. A private client at fnb, waiting one hour to do a card collection. I'm one of many clients paying exorbitant account fees so you'll can employ more people to stand behind the counted and pass me my bank card. FtS
