Underhanded tactics.

In March 2023 I app**** for an overdraft facility at FNB which was unsuccessful due to affordability. Strangely enough the overdraft amount kicked into my account while I believed that it was unsuccessful. A few days after the overdraft kicked in and was utilised as I didn’t know that I had an overdraft, a consultant from FNB popped me a mail to tell me that the overdraft facility had been activated. After back and forth emails and telephone calls I was then convinced to take the overdraft as I would need to pay it off in order for me to not have the Premiet Fusion acc. Mind you I had been rejected for the overdraft facility due to unaffordability so how on earth would I be able to pay it back. FNB is this how you lure customers into debt *********ly? So disappointed at the underhanded tactics.
