Under educated illitrate staff

U guys are the most undereducated illitrate bunch of clowns we have ever come across

Incompetance doesnt even come close to the unprofecional staff that is employed by this pathetic company

My wife was dignosed with breast cancer 2 months ago..we since then have been trying with these undereducated overpaid *****s..that we cant get to to speak to anyone with some sort of 1 brain cell as to this cliam..and now..i get a mail saying that you cant proces the deceased information.

We are now going to lodge a complaint with the banking umbudsman as to your incompetance.
