Unconcerned, ***********, unhelpful management team!

FNB really doesn't care about their loyal clients!!! I have made impassioned pleas to them but they don't respond at ALL, except to lie about something that they claim to have done but have NOT!!! WHERE ARE THE GUYS WHO CLAIM THEY ARE THERE TO HELP US??? I even tried RB Jacobs on Twitter who normally responds quickly, but he too has ignored my pleas. I hope that he is okay, but FNB come on... I'm sure you have competent staff who can make a simple phone call. Do the right thing and put things right!!!
