Unclosable Account
02/07/2013 I went to FNB To close an account, it had +/- R500 in the account and till this day its not closed, Ntokozo at Braamfontein tried to help and said he will escalate it to relevant people and I went again a guy by the name of Elvis sent an email to Ria Da Silva on the 27 th July 2015 and I never heard anything after that and now we are looking at 2 years and more with an account that has a Debit balance of R3723.60, I do not know who is going to close it ?when?Who is going to pay the amount.
