Uncleared effects no help from fnb

A payment was made on my credit card on the 29th of this month and it still has not cleared. I spoke with an FNB consultant about it they referred me to the complaints department not trying to resolve the issue or help escalate the process. Still no reference received after sending the email for the Uncleared effects on the credit card, I need this to be resolved as soon as possible.
