Uncleared debit

For the life of me.. I can't understand how when I make a normal payment from my FNB account to my savings account at Capitec or my account to Standard Bank, it reflects WITHIN 24-48hours. However, when my FNB Credit card payment deducts from my FNB cheque account, it takes more than 3 working days to reflect. Even though this is the very first deduction when my salary comes in. Your online chat service is useless. I've asked them before to clear the unclear debit order, or to even escalate it.. It just the way the system works and they not going to do anything about it. Sigh. Can someone just fix this. I want great service! For the amount in monthly charges I pay, it should be a given that the high premium comes with good service. Just clear the deduction sooner.
