Uncaring, arrogant managers and staff

I placed a dispute because they claimed to have paid me a sum of money, which they hadn't. NO ONE had the courtesy to call me though this complaint has been going on for some time. I wish that this must be escalated to the highest authority because FNB is the most unhelpful, arrogant bunch of *****.
