Uncalled for #EXCESS ITEM FEE

On the 2nd September I was billed R620 FNB #EXCESS ITEM FEE for 4 purchases on the 21st August?! 12 days later?! There was money in the account for these purchases and enough for all month end deductions. So why am I billed this #EXCESS ITEM FEE?! On top of all the other FNB Fees?!
