Unblocking of my savings account

I have a private clients current account with FNB and a savings account. I am struggling to access my money in the savings account as I was told that the account was on hold. FNB ***** department told me that African Bank had blocked my account yet am not even aware of anything and I have nothing to do with them. FNB must sort this issue out ASAP. Its been more than a year now and they haven't resolved this matter and its frustrating me
