Unblocking of my bank account

I opened a bank account with FNB in January this year. I requested a home delivery of my bank card but it was deposited to the branch by the courier guy after telling him that I was at work and he told me stories, fine I wasn't happy his service. I tried depositing money into my bank account but I couldn't so I had a chat with one of the FNB consultants via FNB App and was told to submit FICA Documents. I did submit those documents but up until today 11th of March 2024 my account is still kept on hold. They don't reply to my emails and I have been calling FICA department but my calls are unanswered. Please assist me
