Unblocking of my account

I am Zolisa Somi ID number *** 086, I have 2 accounts with FNB. My business account is placed on hold because of African Bank listed me on the SAFPS database for ***** which I never committed. I opened a case with the South African Police Service but didn't recieve any feedback and wrote to the Ombudsman as well. I was ****** so whoever did those transactions had access to my details. I am pleading with FNB to unhold my business account, this is not fare towards me. I have been chatting with FNB consultants via my banking app since yesterday
