Unblocking kids accounts

I have opened accounts for minors now FNB sends me from pillar to post. No one is explaining why are the account blocked. Today I phoned in asking about documents they require, the ask me for my proof of residents and my ID at that time I am an FNB private banking client. How does this happen FNB?
