Unblocking account
Been trying to unblock my business account for over a week now. Error after error, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, branch time alone over five hours.

03 Jan 2020, 06:24If being assisted means that I will be contacted to say I will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours by some computer and you reply that you are I glad I have been assisted then this is a total sham. Just computers and Ai having a chat. I give up. No I have not been assisted at all.
