Unblock online Purchases

I have been blocked on online purchases last night and I'm trying to get unlocked. Been calling the call center to get in unlocked but you line and soo bad and your agents keep on disconnecting my call. I'm not able to long in on online banking because I don't have it because you guys arw not able to delete the existing account that the ********* created.. I need sorted please
