Unblock my account please

I am sure me and FNB we are about to have another long process again when I thought everything is now resolved fnb may i please have my account unblocked and money reinstated in it as promised i got an email yesterday from you saying my account will be unblocked by the end of business yesterday but upon my arrival at the branch i was told no one sent a message for my account to be opened its still Blocked please I don’t want to drag this matter anymore i Sent 2 email today no response i am sure its gonna be dragged to the new week please the offices are still open please unblock my account thank you
