Unbelievably shocking service

I am still experiencing issues with online banking. I am trying to transfer funds from my credit card to my cheque account and getting errors again. First it was errors for increasing daily limits and now its errors for transferring funds, just cant win with this ******* bank. Need to move on now to a bank that offers real banking
