Unbelievably poor client service

Wow, I did not realize that FNB is so well off that they can close most of their branches and ATM's during loadshedding? Or is it plain very extremly poor customer service 🤔 all the banks and branches are open, they work through a generators. Maybe it would be wise for FNB to invest in some you fools
