Unbelievably good service at FNB Southgate

Amazingly good, friendly and extremely professional service received at FNB Southgate Branch recently. We were a trio of retired old men tasked with opening a Stokvel account at FNB. Welcomed by a charming and friendly Refilwe Kekana who respectfully and patiently explained in detail everything we needed to know and even installed the banking App for each one of us. Handed over to the amazingly kind Michelle Muller who went far and beyond, even sacrificed her lunch break, to ensure we got the service we had come for. Every single lady there respectfully greeted and acknowledged our presence. Way to go FNB, with these shining stars your future is bright !!
