Unbelievable service
I had written to FNB on the 19th Feb requesting a special payment arrangement to be done on my loan as I wont be able to pay it as I have resigned from my job. The special arrangement request was for the debit order to be put on hold on the account for at least 1 - 3 months while waiting for the package to be paid out so that I settle the account in full. I was given numerous email address where I need to send a motivational letter plus my resignation letter so that necessary arrangements can be made but some stupid consultants keep rejecting me and keep saying I must pay the account. How am I supposed to pay when I don't have a job to go to ? Do you want my account to have unpaid orders ? Like really FNB ? I have had 2 or 3 loans in the past and all were settled without fail. How come you cant assist me now ? Does it honest make sense to deduct money from a bank account that doesn't have money ? What is a point of having a special arrangement office if your staff cant even read simple English and cant understand a very simple request ? Should I just close my FNB Cheque account to avoid these debit orders ?
