Unbelievable now that I have a claim fnb sti. Tells you any portable items is only covered if it's ******. The fact that is a.total lost with the total lost of the car, wel not covered.
I was informed that specified and un specified items is the responsibility of another department and all relevant documents have been sent to that specific departments Manager to assist. I have received no feedback from said department. So I'm left in the dark again. I finally received feedback from Teboho who manage to give me feeding un specified items Apparently these items for R5000 is only cover of they are ******, that wasn't mentioned when I took the R5000 unspecified item's yet I paid year year for something I can claim for?

The only person that was honest and did his work was Teboho Thebehadi who worked on my car that is a total list.
Now items I paid for every month without fail is not covered only if ******???? For God sake, i lost these items in a burning car!!!!!!
It was never mentioned in any correspondence that I must become a multi claimant in order to get full advantage of cover I pay for.
