Unbelievable

I do not really understand how this bank is operating in such a manner. I have left complaints after complaints for years and it seems to be going on deaf ears. My Credit Card payment averages every month around R1 600.00 when having a balance of around R30 500.00. This month they took R2 200.00 with the balance of +- R32 000.00. I want them to provide me with written proof that I agreed on this amount to be debited. I am so frustrated with these changeables that I really do believe its time for me to F&^%#*&%^ from this bank. Do not phone me as I am done with you lot.
