Unbelievable 🤬

They held my money on Friday and said it came from ***** , it’s the money I received from my brother and it’s not the first time I receive money from the account.. it’s said that the ***** desk pledged it , when i called I was told someone would call me , now it’s day 4 with no response when I called , I get on hold for 30min and still get no help.. it’s disappointing that I’ve used this back for over 10 years , totally considering moving to a different bank
