Unauthrized debit orders - PMT HONFEE - POOR POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Hi,

Over the past 3 days I have received the following unauthorized debit order transactions with references :

1. Transaction Details Description One#ITEM PAID NO FUNDS Description Two1 ITEMS ON 22/02/05Transaction Amount-180.00 2. Transaction Description Code 6081 Description Pmt Honfee

1. Transaction Details Description One #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS Description Two 4 ITEMS ON 22/02/07 Transaction Amount-360.00

2. Transaction Description Code 6081 Description Pmt Honfee

1. Transaction Details Description One#ITEM PAID NO FUNDS Description Two 2 ITEMS ON 22/02/08 Transaction Amount-135.00 2. Transaction Description Code 6081 Description Pmt Honfee

1. Transaction Details Description One#ITEM PAID NO FUNDS Description Two 3 ITEMS ON 22/02/09Transaction Amount-270.00 2. Transaction Description Code 6081 Description Pmt Honfee

This amounts to a total of R945 with the same transaction code of 6081 reference Honfee, I have never made these transactions and they have been debited from my account with no explanation. I am banking with FNB Private banking with a banker that is never available, these unauthorized transactions make no sense as I do not even know what Honfee is. The branch can never give me an explanation and I always get redirected to a different department although I'm supposed to be a "PVT CLIENT"

Service delivery is poor and no answers are given.

DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THIS BANK AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY OVER AND OVER WITH NO EXPLANATION. I have had made adjustments of D/O dates and they were never adjusted and then penalties for bounced debits are charged. FNB you have the worst service delivery and furtermore your so called private banking is pathetic, there is nothing private or helpful about it. I have to go the the extent of voicing my issue on here because NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO ME.

KINDLY ASSIST MEIN THESE ISSUES AND I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE WHY MONEY IS BEING TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
