Unauthorized Withdraws

I recently had an issue with where unauthorized funds were withdrawn from my First National Bank account which sum up to R1679.98. My account was debted twice by an account called 'Apple.com/Bi', first amount was R799.99 and the second amount was R879.99 both debted on the 25/02/2025. Despite reaching out to First national Bank, they failed to offer any meaningful help. I reported this issue promptly but the bank's response was inefficient. They didn't provide clear guidance on how to get my money bank or stop this from happening again in the future. The lack of support left me feeling disenchanted and I feel this situation was overlooked.
