Unauthorized Withdrawal

I have an gold cheque account with FNB that is connected to my cellphone banking. This means everytime a transaction takes place in my account, I will receive an SMS notification of whatever the transaction is. However on the 20th November, I tried to withdraw money with my cellphone banking (R1400,00), but it said I had insuffecient funds. I was surprised because I knew I had just a little over R1400.00 in my account. And there was no SMS message indicating that money was withdrawn.

So I went to FNB Eldorado Park branch and they check on their system and they told me that the system indicated that the money was withdrawn. So I asked them why didn't it reflect on my cellphone through SMS? But they keep telling me that I allowed someone to help me at the ATM so they could not refund me. The person also who helped me at the ATM was an FNB security.

So I want to know why didn't my cellphone go off when the money was withdrawn? Even until today. Isn't the cellphone banking help you to make your banking more safe? But FNB don't mind if their security system is been compromised and their customers are loosing money. Unless, it is employees of the bank who are in on it with the *********.
