Unauthorized Upgrade on my account

I signed up for a FNB Aspire account. Then I upgraded it online to a FNB Aspire Fusion account, (Yes I made 100% sure I ticked the correct options), only to find out that FNB decided to upgrade me to a Private Wealth account, so instead of paying low fees I now pay fees in excess of R 500 per month, this is ridiculous! I NEVER authorized this, and as such FNB has committed *****, and is in fact *****ing my money. This is unacceptable! I need this to be sorted and the exorbitant fees paid returned to my account. I am truly shocked at how FNB can allow this to happen!
