Unauthorized transfers
An amount of R50590.50 was deposited into my credit card yesterday 02/01/2018. I received no notification of this payment from FNB and I am not aware of where these funds would come from.
To make matters more confusing this morning I see that my cheque account is overdrawn by -R53337.00 despite my overdraft limit being -R5000. How is this possible?!!!!!!
I am irate & would like to know who was authorized to go into my account and make transfers of such huge sums without my knowledge and further to that WHY didn’t FNB alert me of any of these transactions. I do not feel safe banking with FNB this has been a huge violation of my trust.
