Unauthorized Transactions

Good Day

There are 2 transactions in from my accounts that I have no idea what they were for. I've seen a few people on here complain about the exact same transaction descriptions, namely MAGTAPE UNPAID & #ITEM UNPAID NO FUNDS 16. What is this? How do I stop it?
