Unauthorized transactions and no help given

FNB, it's been 2 months since you took R12k from me. For a response I had to lay a complaint with the Ombudsman. REF:*** I am bedridden and have not been able to get my critical medication. In all this, FNB didnt help. I guess if it's not million rand bank accounts, it's not worth your time. But it's worth my actual life.
