Unauthorized Transactions and Lack of Resolution - Urgent Complaint

I have been diligently following the necessary steps to resolve this matter, including reporting to both FNB and the Randburg Police Station. However, the funds withheld by FNB have not been released to facilitate the agreed repayment by Franz Van Rooyen.

I kindly request your immediate intervention to expedite the release of these funds to rectify the unauthorized transactions. Furthermore, I wish to highlight that, at this time, I do not wish to press charges against Mr. Franz Van Rooyen.

The process has been very slow and there has been no contact from FNB.
