UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS AND DISAPPEARANCE OF FUNDS

I've been a loyal FNB customer for years, but my recent experiences have left me shocked, disappointed, and financially drained. Twice last month and this month, I've woken up to find that my salary has vanished into thin air without any trace or record of transactions.

When I visited my nearest FNB branch, I was told that my money had disappeared without any explanation or evidence of unauthorized activity. As a customer, it's unacceptable to have my hard-earned money ****** from my account without any accountability or recourse.

I urge FNB to take immediate action to investigate this matter, ensure that my funds are recovered, and implement measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. I expect a higher level of security, transparency, and customer service from a reputable institution like FNB.
