Unauthorized transactions

I'm writing this to express my disappointment at First National Bank.I woke up to notifications of transactions amounting to R1900 payments include toll gate payments on N1 and Pretoria where as I have my bank card with me and I'm really not happy that even after I blocked the card on the app some other transactions went through and I'm being charged rebate fees of more than R100 and I'm told about a turn around time of 7-30 working days
