Unauthorized transactions

I still feel nothing was done regarding this case, they finally send the report that states that my account was accessed through a registered device so I will not be refunded. R3900 is a lot money going off someone`s account without authorization. My only concern is that why was I not asked to authorize that payment on my app, to my knowledge this is the standard procedure with the FNB app, the minute you access the app on a different device you immediately get a message/email asking if its you logging in, in this case none of the above happened

I will not recommend this bank to anyone
