UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION UNATTENDED 1 MONTH LATER

I reported via telephone and have gone into the FNB Durban North Branch twice to make a follow up concerning an unauthorized transaction from my debit card. FNB remains my best choice on any day. But the bank shortcomings have been too lackadaisical.

I was informed a number of times that I would be contacted in 10-14 days and until now, there has been no response. Please be advised that I reported this case once and followed it up viva voce three times. It is a month later and the FNB logo has not yet changed!

I am not seeking emotional comfort. I am concerned about the banks obligation to protect the personal information of its clientelle and respond to calls of issue. After all, most if not all of the bank employees are not only qualified and educated but also certified. Where has the ethical mannerism of FNB service men and women gone?

I would like to say thank you to FNB Bank for a positive response to a situation i encountered as mentioned above. FNB's response was swift and astute. I appreciate! To all those who may be aggrieved, I can assure you from my comprehension that FNB Bank exhibits a clientele satisfaction policy which many may underestimate. I realized that regardless of any banking mishap one may face, FNB will respond positively. Kind Regards,
