Unauthorized transaction on business account

Sunday night I got an sms for a transaction of R2196.00 I did not know about. I also received an sms from FNB asking if I know about the transaction and I rep**** no to the sms.<br> <br> Since Monday morning I've been trying to reverse this debit. I spoke to 5 consultants at the call centre I emailed a form on Monday & Tuesday requesting the debit to be reverse ---- no luck
