Unauthorized transaction in my FNB Account

I last bought something in RomeoAndJean last year in March2018 and I was charged R1000 , a month after that same amount was taken from my FNB Account I went to Brooklyn branch to enquire i was told the money they took has been pending since March when I made the purchase I therefore let it slide since they could not reverse. 8months later an Amount of R2200 (16th November 2019) was taken from my FNB Account under the same Company (R&J) I last visited &bought in March2018 . I am so frustrated now because i do not have money in my Account hence its on negative balance as I speak. kindly help
