Unauthorized Transaction at FNB
I lost my card on the 31/01/2019 and blocked it the same day before any transactions were done( I spoke to Lawerance). On the 01/02/2019 I got a new card however that same evening R980 was taken from my account by Mdu trading. The following morning R1000, R1300 was withdrawn and R2000 was a declined transaction. I would like my money back as I did not withdraw this money and the lost card was blocked so how is it possible that money is still being taken without my authorization. I am a pensioner and trust FNB to keep my money safe well all in all i need this money back into my account as soon as possible. Awaiting your urgent feedback.
