Unauthorized Transaction AGAIN!

Clearly we have a problem here! Once again there is an unauthorized transaction of R250 in my Platinum Cheque account from "Naedo Collection" whoever they are. This it the 3rd time, yes THIRD time this transaction has breached my account with my knowledge. I am unable to stop this deposit and dont know how they got my details.
Please could this be urgently sorted out as I am beginning to lose my patience. I am now a frustrated customer.
