Unauthorized transaction

A transaction for airtime went off our daughter's account. This is an unauthorized transaction as no airtime was requested. In order for First National Bank to look into the matter both my profile and our daughters profile needs to be locked down for 7 days and this for R 375. First National Bank has not taken a moment to consider the practicalities of such a step. This is once again First National Bank at it's best - How can we NOT help you. They excel at this.
