UNAUTHORIZED STOP ORDER ON NEWLY OPENED SAVINGS ACCOUNT

How can we help you? : (How can we make your life hell? 4 Years after the fact!)

I was a client with FNB many moons ago. What I do not understand is that FNB deducts R350 from a brand new savings account that was open in July 2017 for debt that they last received payment on in March 2013. ***?????

I never agreed to any of this, and this was not even mentioned to me when I opened the new savings account. Now I know it took me almost 3 months to actually put this complaint in, but it is absolutely ridiculous that not only do you think you can now all of a sudden just take money from a newly opened savings account where I did not authorize any such deductions, but this now also bit me right in the behind as you went ahead and listed me as a bad payer on the credit bureau again.

How is this fair in any way when this is prescribed debt!!!!???? Please advise soonest as I will take this up with the Ombudsman.

(This was lodged on the 14th of November 2017)

This is UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here I am, STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBAC**** WHY? THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!

(This was lodged again today)

I will now also go ahead and lodge a formal complaint with the FAIS Ombud.
