Unauthorized **** Debit order of R99.99 for past 3 months

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>For the past 3 months, there has been a debit order running on my account. All 3 times it refers to a different number <br />J&A SOLUTI (Number) SAG. The number changes each month. I did some digging and this is definately a **** that has been going on. I did not authorize any such debit orders from any J&A Solutions, not did I give concent to FNB to allow this. Please act on this as it has been R300 that has been ********ly deducted from my account. I demand to understand who this company is and how on earth this has been allowed if I have NOT authorized anything.</p> <p> </p> <p> I have been with FNB for over 25 years. I am quite shocked that you have allowed this to happen. I request that this be immediately reversed and the guilty party be found and proscecuted. </p>
