Unauthorized R2200 overdraft and R400 in ONE transaction fee.

I just noticed that I am overdrawn by R2200. I do not have an overdraft option. I contacted FNB and they informed me that they honored 2 payments on my behalf and then charged me a fee of R400 for this. I asked that the consultant reverse this as I cannot afford to pay an overdraft of R2200. I am now being sent from pillar to post just to dispute the payments. I do not want the payments honored.
