Unauthorized R135 Debit Order (Mzansi myID)
An unauthorized debit order of R135 (Mzansi myID) has gone through my account, and I tried reversing this no FNB app, but to no avail - yet, you are the custodian of my money, and most of all, you have all our details as a bank and this is happening. All my colleagues who are using FNB got this unauthorized debit order today.
Please sort this nonsense. I want my money reversed free of charge, and and that debit blocked for further debits.
